Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Mellow toffee sweetness with cooked fruits, honey/syrup, apple and a whiff of camphor.
Palate: Soft, round and silky with lifted orange/tangerine notes.
Finish: Tingling. The toffee comes back.
Comment: Easy going and middle of the road, but needs another layer of complexity to lift it into greatness. Bryan Adams.
7.8
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Fruity. Rye. Smoky.
Palate: Bigger, rounder, spicier.
Finish: Spicier, drier.
Comment: Straight-ahead Canadian whisky, as I remember it from my early days as an eclectic drinker.
