Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Spirity. Butterscotch. Peach crumble. A floral note.
Palate: Smooth. Mellow fruit. Ripe apricots. Demerara sugar. Cooked bananas.
Finish: Medium, developing on nutty flavours.
Comment: A rum-like whisky. More full-bodied and richer than some of the others but still unremarkable.
7.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A hint of charred oak and an exotic note of rose petal. Water brings out orange marmalade and toffee.
Palate: Deep and sweet, some prune, burnt edges. A sweet spirit, rum like.
Finish: Sweet, thick.
Comment: The flavours here seem bolted on. Odd.
