Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Lots of zest citrus character, especially grapefruit. Lemon fudge.
Palate: An old and complex malt with great progression in the mouth. More of that citrus, backed with sweet caramel.
Finish: Dry woodiness.
Comment: First taste was amazing, second a little bit flat.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Take some butter. Add more butter. Then some sugar. Mix them together. Smell.
Palate: The butter now deepens into cream with some vanilla sugar or maybe even white chocolate Light grip. Touch of tangerine peel. Thins with water.
Finish: Short and drying.
Comment: They've done their best to improve a poor cask, but it's one note all the way.
