Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Fresh printed magazine, damp wood, forest floors, blackberry jam.
Palate: Warmed gingerbread, buttery sweetcorn, a rye kick, hints of nutmeg and clotted cream.
Finish: Another decent length finish with a great spice kick.
Comment: It is time Canadian whisky was given its proper seat back at the table.

Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Greaseproof paper, wet ink, a hint of leaf mulch.
Palate: Sweet and spicy, root ginger.
Finish: Relatively long, spice becomes close to chilli.
Comment: A little one-paced.
