Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fruity. Juicy peach and nectarine. Tangerine. A floral note. Freesia. Mouth-watering. Goes from freshly squeezed fruit to cooked ones. Plums marmalade with raisins.
Palate: Round, velvety. The same fruit galore, but framed by oak. Fruit stewed in honey. Peach and pears spiced with cinnamon.
Finish: Sweet, quite short but clean.
Comment: An edible Archimboldo painting! Delicious. To enjoy like a pudding.

Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Bright and perfumey, almost liqueur-like, with orange and some wine notes in the mix.
Palate: Rich with a full mouth feel, intense orange marmalade and then cocoa and a bitter citrus note later on.
Finish: The cocoa and spice take over from the fruit. Quite long.
Comment: Further proof that Europe has something very special indeed to offer the world of whisky.
