Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Malty (bran flakes) and nutty with a floral note. Water brings out apple, lemon, honey, toffee and coconut.
Palate: Crisp, almost friable, nutty and crunchy with good mid-palate weight.
Finish: Soft fruit, coffee, then crisps up.
Comment: Crunchy! Attractive.
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Flowery. Marshmallow.
Palate: Light but smooth. Clean. Spun sugar. Creamy.
Finish: Vanilla. Crème brûlée.
Comment: Pleasant, but I have had more complex bottlings from this distillery.
