Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Delicately perfumey. Herbal and floral. Dry hay. Orange honey. Grapefruit. Cinnamon.
Palate: Light bodied. Silky and sweet. Perfectly balanced.
Finish: Long and whispering on sweet malty notes. Almond milk.
Comment: A midsummer's night dream dram. So delicate, so rich but without ostentation.
8.0
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Firm and quite light. Dry grasses, coal dust. Slightly metallic. Malt bins.
Palate: Clean, sweet and attractive. Fibre (bran, rather than moral), toasted cereal. Attractive.
Finish: Light. Sweet.
Comment: Pleasant enough but a little hollow and lacking in complexity.
