Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Popcorn, ferns, burnt toast, grassy, fudge, golden syrup, clotted cream, runny honey and fudge. There is a malt note too, wheaten bread.
Palate: Spices come through, cardamom and a little bergamot. Reminds me of Easter cake: chocolate, marzipan and soft fruits.
Finish: Lush with a floral edge.
Comment: Stunning and moreish.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fresh. Mint and liquorice. Intense and slightly tangy. A grassy character. Citrussy. More vanilla as it opens up.
Palate: Sweet at start. Keeps that fresh character. More liquorice. Marzipan and marshmallow. Lovely fizzy feel. All is kept in balance.
Finish: Lingering, ending with an almost almondy touch.
Comment: A charming thirst-quencher. No water please. It is perfect straight.
