Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: A full delivery of sweet aromas. Crème brûlée, toffee, vanilla. Chestnut purée, dry raisins. Rich, enticing dessert-like notes.
Palate: Sweet and oaky. Opens up on spicy notes. In the back, a sherry influence. Touch of sulphur (not detected on the nose). Plum jam. Dried dates.
Finish: Long, lingering. Oak, milk chocolate with nuts and raisins.
Comment: A liquid pudding! Rich and old.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Cautious at first. Tropical fruits (ripe bananas, flambéed). Faintly minty.
Palate: Cool and creamy. Oily. Minty. A mint Kulfi. (Rye-like notes).
Finish: More of the same.
Comment: Did I tell you how cool, creamy and minty it was?
