Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: A florist shop of light, delicate perfumes. A little custard and apple pie, also cream and grist.
Palate: Some cut hay notes and an earthy quality. There are toasted cereal notesand wood shavings.
Finish: Short and wooded.
Comment: A light everyday blend but nothing to be sniffed at.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light pear, soft grain and cumin seed. Quite 'Moorish'
Palate: Vivacious and upfront. A little edginess to start but pools in the mid-palateand then shifts to wheat chaff.
Finish: Short and clean.
Comment: Pleasing and workmanlike.
