Tasting notes
Taster   Lyndsey Gray
Nose: Passionfruit coulis and blueberries drizzled over mascarpone ice cream. Rich notes of marmite, jalapeño and cheese bread followed by wisps of sea spray and freshly spun wool.
Palate: Light and spicy with clementine packed Wensleydale, candyfloss grapes, steamed milk and cloves. Wholemeal pasta. Ginger purée, sesame oil and a damp cardboard box of raisins.
Finish: Well hello you textured beauty.
Comment: A brisk walk on Christmas morning as the snow begins to fall. Followed by a delicious cheeseboard.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Soft and gentle at first, then a light toasted marshmallow note comes in, sweetness abounds. Red apple slices and honey. The faintest hint of smoke.
Palate: Rusks and hot milk, honey sweetness and brown bread with gooseberry jam spread very densely.
Finish: There is lovely marshmallow sweetness and clingy honey notes. A little malted milk biscuit at the end.
Comment: Pretty easy going and lovely, but a little one dimensional in its delivery.
