Tasting notes

Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Fresh leather. Oil.
Palate: Fruity. Honeydew melon. Honey.
Finish: Grainy. Sunflower seeds.
Comment: A pleasant whiskey for everyday drinking.

Taster Jim Murray

Nose: Lots of caramel and soft grains. Flat, one dimensional and uninspiring.
Palate: Caramel-sweet and very soft at first; then hard, bitter grains and vanilla.
Finish: Dry with an almost apologetic spiciness.
Comment: Not to be confused with great malt by the same name. Pretty poor stuff.
