Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Vanilla. Green herbs. Aromatic. Dry.
Palate: Sweet limes. Leaf mint. Woodruff. Resiny. Oily.
Finish: Dry. Soothing. Long. Gently warming.
Comment: Plenty of attack, but straightforward rather than complex. Suggested as a base for cocktails. I'll work on that...
7.8
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A light, fresh nose with touches of cereal, lemon, apple and a sandalwood-like spiciness.
Palate: White chocolate and almond, banana, lemon. Decent mouthfeel with soft grain and balanced wood.
Finish: Spicy/ginger nut, biscuity. The nose is a little unrewarding but the palate has a delicate refreshing quality that lingers nicely.
