Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Exotic. Frying curry leaves, freshly clipped privet, stone fruits, lemon verbena. Becomes slightly scentedlifting into vanilla with water. Shows complexity. Sweet pear overlaid with dried citrus peels. Very creamy withwater. Sweet.
Palate: Very pure, direct. A touch of liquorice. Chewy. Good balance between vibrant North African spiciness and asmooth central palate.
Finish: Tingling.Clean and sweet.
Comment: Oak-driven,but not oak-dominated. There's a difference.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Delicate. Sweet cereals. A charming floral note.Meadow flowers. Sorb tree. Opening on marzipan and orgeatsyrup.A note of golden caramel.
Palate: Smooth, refreshing. Malt teasers. Mint. Blancmange.Keeps that tender delicacy on the palate.
Finish: Fruity, soothing down on a nutty note. Dry almond.
Comment: A subtle dram which keeps on the cereal and fruit side, with a radiant lightness. Alcohol is perfectly mastered.
