Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Weird. Some unusual wood essence. Rosemary. Or more exactly, chickencooking in a Rosemary sauce.
Palate: Sweet at first then sweet and bitter. In balance with the nose. The same rosemary note.
Finish: Dry, slightly nutty. White pepper.
Comment: A dry and spicy whisky. Bourbon on the bitter side? Does not taste like a single malt. Really weird.
7.2
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Heavy and slightly oily. Cooking mash, hot milk and flour. Seems young and a little harsh. Aromatic and rye like.
Palate: Strangely thin, separating in the mouth. The aromatics are there, but there's little happening on the tongue. Suet pudding.
Finish: Slightly greasy.
Comment: An uneasy mix between spirit and wood.
