Tasting notes
Taster   Neil Ridley
Nose: Slightly peppery, with a dried potpourri note, some fresh ginger cake and lemon grass.
Palate: Sweet, with a lovely honeyed toffee note, some roasted coffee beans, milk chocolate and malt extract.
Finish: Lingering notes of toffee and vanilla.
Comment: Pleasant, deliciously sweet and fragrant. Certainly not shy and retiring.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Sweet. A full jar of honey. Flemish waffles. Cereal bowl. A hint of orange peel.
Palate: Smooth. Caressing mouth feel. Heather honey. Sweet maltiness. Drying on soft spices.
Finish: Medium long, dry and spicy.
Comment: f you like honey, this dram is yours. Well-balanced, with a good spicy dryness to counterbalance the honey sweetness.
