Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Vanilla, fudge, face cream, dry twigs, and some floral character. Slightly hot.
Palate: Vanilla, lavender, milk chews and kindling wood.
Finish: Vanilla ice cream and a light, fragrant grassiness.
Comment: A pretty bundle of US oak, slathered in silky creaminess. Impossible not to like.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet luscious and fat. High coconut factor, sun-tan lotion (high UV factor), butterscotch, golden syrup on a hot crumpet. Water brings out a light spiciness. Rum-like.
Palate: Very smooth and unctuous. Coconut ice cream, black banana. Becomes drier with crisp oak giving much needed structure. Good length.
Finish: Spice, light leather.
Comment: Ridiculously over the top. Great!
