Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Balsamic. Turpentine, thyme essence. Humus. The earthy note gives way to a sweeter one with toffee, orange custard and toasted almonds.
Palate: Very smooth and round, almost syrupy. Exotic fruit.Guava, lime, coconut milk.
Finish: Spicy. Powder ginger. Grippy oak. But clean.
Comment: A well-balanced dram. The age speaks but it has kept a vigorous freshness.
8.3
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Rich,strawberry soda,vanilla ice cream.
Palate: Very pleasant. Sweet fruit, some apple, with a touch of tannin and a touch of spice. Not as frisky as the nose though.
Finish: Warm and slushy.
Comment: Glenlivet fans won't be disappointed.
