Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: A big floral number with bags of dried fruit, apricot, mango and oranges. Clear set honey and some sweet malty notes.
Palate: Sweet and crisp with some spices coming through.
Finish: Dry with a little mint.
Comment: A very fresh whisky, another upper to refresh you.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense, fragrant. Ripe summer fruit. Apricot, nectarine. Rich oak perfectly integrated. Hint of white pepper. All beautiful intertwined.
Palate: Crisp, nearly crunchy. A dry, almost dusty, spicy outburst keeps that crispness texture in rhythm. Refreshing minty notes. Clean-cut.
Finish: Dry, soothing on fresh almond.
Comment: A complex and vibrant whisky. Like walking in an orchard on a crisp morning. A dram to clear your mind on a dull morning.
