Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Marzipan/almond undercut with a sweet almost sugary sweetness. American cream soda.has some weight and a balancing earthy touch. Light but fragrant. Even better with water.
Palate: Very clean and direct with that sugared quality to the fore. Pink ginger, lilies and butter. Quite sweet and a little oily.
Finish: Soft and sweet.
Comment: Areal charmer.
7.9
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy. Dry hay. Bread dough. Lemonade. Fresh and perky.
Palate: Sweet. Mouthcoating. Sherbety. Tickles the tongue. Keeps that fresh zestiness all the way.
Finish: Zesty with a citrus character.
Comment: A young and vibrant dram. To be kept in a hipflask for a cheering up break on along hillwalk. Macallan? I would never have guessed.
