Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Rich fruit. Red grape juice. Burnt wood. Liquorice.Touch of tar.
Palate: Crisp and dry. A medicinal taste like a cough syrup.Very concentrated. Spicy explosion. Tabasco.
Finish: Bold, spicy. Tar and liquorice ('pastilles du mineur' miner's losanges).
Comment: A bold character, delivering the whole package at once.Keeps spirity to the finish. Water cuts the edges but stilltooharsh for me.
