Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Malty sweetness. Icing sugar. Candied orange peel.
Palate: Lightly oily. Halva. Turkish delight in a cedarwood box.
Finish: Balancing bitter spiciness. Nutmeg. Ginger.
Comment: Luxurious. An adult taste.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Mature. Rich tea biscuit, toasted oak, bung cloth, sawdust. Some smoke moving into wood ash. Dry oak.
Palate: Sweet start with a good feel. Fudge like. Good balance, but disappointing with water.
Finish: Short. Dry.
Comment: Has the austerity of age but not the sweetness to balance.
