Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: A basket of breakfast breads, but in what country? Evokes memories of soda bread in Ireland, cherry muffins in Washington state, buttery croissants in Paris.
Palate: Warmed brioches. Chewy. Sweet without being cloying. Becoming drier. Slightly herbal. Focaccia with rosemary. Sophisticated.
Finish: Extraordinarily long. Teasing.
Comment: Ascetic. Complex. Cosmopolitan.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Elegant and mature with a spicy attack, some coconut. With water, there's milk chocolate, charred smokiness over apricot juiciness.
Palate: More wood smoke and ashes, kumquat, red apple, mixed nuts. Water makes it more tannic.
Finish: Tight.
Comment: Better on nose than palate where it's just tipping over into the woody stage. Good though.
