Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: A sweet, perfumed cakiness, like a Battenburg or a sweet sponge. Treacle. Sweet egginess, like a custard tart or scambled egg even. Stewed plums or stewed rhubarb.
Palate: Very sweet and then grassy.
Finish: A little burnt caramel.
Comment: Pleasant, sweet and light in character despite its deep colour.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A little closed. Light with some fruity sweetness '
Palate: Better than the nose, quite liquorice. Smooth with decent balance.
Finish: Cranberry jelly.
Comment: Insubstantial.
