Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy, floral and biscuity. Meadowsweet flowers, dry hay. Oat biscuits. Enticing and light. Opens on citrus notes. Lemon posset. Stays floral all the way.
Palate: Very smooth. Beeswax, rich honey custard, candied lemon. Rich, complex and luscious.
Finish: Lingering, drying on ginger dust.
Comment: A classic old Speysider? Mature and lively at the same time. Really a perfect achievement.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Instantly spice laden, fragrant jasmine rice, green tea, caramel wafers, cardamom seeds before you crush them. A hint of white chocolate as well.
Palate: Honey sweetness, silky, a fruity note of ripe mango and peaches. There is a nice oak grip.
Finish: The oak grips with a gentle spice layer at the end.
Comment: Nice stuff, well balanced and intriguing.
