Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Green fresh hay, ferns, hamster boxes. Custard cream biscuits and some heavy floral notes.
Palate: That fern note comes through, sweet but slightly bitter and gripping oak, gooseberries and tropical fruit.
Finish: Oak sweetness and then a bitter dryness follows.
Comment: A belter, everything in well balanced and sings together.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Rich, complex. Surprisingly fresh and frisky. Waves of honeyed fruit. Cherry plums, pears, peaches. In the back that 'divine scent'
Palate: Gentle and caressing. With the same aromatic display that the nosepromised. Lots of passion fruit.
Finish: Drying on soft spices. Oak is melted into fruit. Dry almond aftertaste.
Comment: A pure beauty. The age without the wrinkles...
