Tasting notes
Taster   Kate Portman (nee Ennis)
Nose: Baked banana, barley sugar, with cocoa and hazelnut like Ferrero Rocher. More vanilla creaminess comes through.
Palate: Starts very sweet with caramel to the fore and a rum-like character but then develops a piney note.
Finish: Recedes slowly then sweetness comes back.
Comment: Full of richness and depth. I'm smitten by this one.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet and lifted with good complexity from extra maturation. Slightly nutty. Milk chocolate, nutellaand mango with a hint of orange. Very smooth and creamy. With water a hint of box/fennel.
Palate: Lighter than the nose suggests but still sweet and caramel like. Cinnamon and red grape juice...Light touch of pine needle.
Finish: Long and soft.
Comment: Mature. A great start!
