Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense. Very fruity. Pear Williams. Hint of varnish. Opens on sweet notes. Vanilla syrup. Hint of marzipan. Some floral notes too.
Palate: Round and silky. Fruity and spicy. Fizzy feel on the tongue. Keeps the same fruity profile as on the nose. Quite rich. Touch of white chocolate.
Finish: Spicy and dry with marzipan.
Comment: A charming 'dessert'

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A strange combination of polystyrene, pea pods and perfume appear at the same time, followed by a note of flat root beer. Water makes things more orderly allowing a soft floral character to develop along with more solidity.
Palate: Fresh with a little charred quality. Tightly focused, with candied citrussweets and a little vanilla.
Finish: Soft if a little short.
Comment: Pleasing but not sensational.
