Tasting notes
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Marzipan,sweet lime,citrus zest.
Palate: Sweet, soft pear and melon, very fresh, an oral rainbow of fruit flavours.
Finish: Beautifully clean and refreshing. Demands another sip.
Comment: A total thoroughbred, wearing its age well.
8.7
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Prickly. Paint varnish. Fruity with a floral hint. Pears poached in a rosehip syrup. The varnish note vanishes and gives way to juicy fruit. With water, ripe apricot and candied pineapple.
Palate: Oily, velvety. Opens on succulent fruit soaked in custard or almond milk. Tangy feel.
Finish: Dry,spicy.Almond skin
Comment: A fruit basket ! Needs water to keep alcohol quiet. Quiet a restless fellow. The nose delivers layers of fruit.
