Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Floral notes underpinned by icing sugar sweetness. Some balancing fruit acidity. Lemony with water.
Palate: Creamy at first, develops Crunchy bar, caramel notes. Herbal character with water.
Finish: Medium. Apple skins. Pithy dryness emerges. Develops slowly to a complex finish.
Comment: Opens up beautifully with water, developing sweet, vermouth-like herbal notes. Holds one's attention.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light, open. Outdoor fragrances: wet earth; a touch of moss and fern. Thyme, rosemary.
Palate: Velvety. Round and soft. Incredibly sweet given the strength. Greengage. Cooked peaches. Cherry stone. A subtle spicy rise.
Finish: Dry, spicy. Fresh almonds.
Comment: An interesting character. Much sweeter on the palate than expected from the nose. Water brings out an unpleasant cardboardy touch.
