Tasting notes
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Aniseed and liquorice.
Palate: Clean,with some sweet spice.
Finish: Rich,embracing and very pleasant.
Comment: Another beauty from an independent which excels in this field.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Malty. Wholewheat bread. Weetabix. Freshly squeezed orange. Cheerful.
Palate: Nervous with a spicy kick.A bowl of exotic fruit.Pineapple, pomegranate.
Finish: The alcohol weighs a bit too much. Slightly burning.Pepper if not chilli.
Comment: This whisky definitely needs water to extinguish the fire. Would have benefited from a bottling at a lower strength.
