Tasting notes
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Classic bourbon, with vanilla, squishy yellow fruits, glace cherry, leather and polish.
Palate: Beautiful mouth feel, and a great balance of sweet candy notes offset by a healthy dose of rye and some drying tannins.
Finish: Medium long balanced, diverse and pleasant.
Comment: You either get this bourbon or you don't.If you do, this maintains the previous high standards.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Rich.Fruity. Dawson plums. Cooked cherries. With the sour touch of rye whiskeys. Beeswax.Nutmeg. Gets creamy and spicier.
Palate: Smooth at first. Then the spices dry it a little.Perfect balance. Marasquino cherries coated with chocolate. Toffee also. Quite rich.
Finish: Long, spicy. Slightly waxy. Nutmeg and ginger.
Comment: A bourbon for non sweet teeth. Rich, very well structured.
