Tasting notes
Taster   Lyndsey Gray
Nose: Sugared almonds, pink grapefruit juice, white pepper, strawberries and freshly baked meringues.
Palate: Double cream and milk chocolate Bounty bars followed by bursts of grapefruit, lime zest and maraschino cherries. Sharp notes of toasted cinnamon gradually builds into a nutty texture.
Finish: Soft, creamy and super juicy. Decent finish with the nuttiness giving body.
Comment: Imagine cuddling up on the sofa in a freshly washed duvet. Soft, comfortable and warming.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Warm Belgian waffle, topped with lashings of vanilla cream and honey. Fresh baked bread and some warming spices, cinnamon and clove. Hints of oak shavings and roasted barley.
Palate: Spices kick in with cinnamon and clove, a green fennel edge too, then back to baked goods with plenty of citrus and honey. A bit of crystalline ginger too.
Finish: Bursts with vanilla, ginger and trail mix with dried apricots.
Comment: A good balance of whiskies in here, with plenty of punch. What’s there not to like!
