Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Pear drops, but no harshness. Clean, delicious. Fresh dessert apple. Calvados.
Palate: Crème Anglaise? Non! Ecossaise. Sweetish. Coconut ice. Toothsome.
Finish: Firm but gentle. Seductive. Fragrant.
Comment: So beautifully composed that it left me craving some imperfection.
8.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Attractive and gentle. Very creamy. Double cream in fact. Light, oaty/ovaltine notes. Fairly sweet. Reminds me of Old-Fashioned lemonade. Time brings out a touch of parmesan.
Palate: Soft vanilla, light crisp oak. Slightly muted with dried banana. Decent balance.
Finish: Gentle and smooth.
Comment: Creamy soft and easy to drink. A good everyday drinker.
