Tasting notes
Taster   Joe Bates
Nose: Gentle, distinctly tropical nose, banana and pineapple.
Palate: More of that tropical theme on the palate: dried mango, pineapple and banana flavours, along with some vanilla.
Finish: A long, complex, resinous finish
Comment: A real tropical fruit bomb of a whisky. Lots to like and savour here if you like things on the sweeter side.
8.6
Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: White pepper, slightly herbal, a hint of smoke, and green fruit notes
Palate: Big, slightly oily, with gunpowder tea and spicy peat.
Finish: Dry peat and aniseed in the relatively long, spicy finish.
Comment: A confident and robust beside the fireside whisky.
8.2
