Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Lightly dusty,but attractive. Lemon and oat,hints of hay loft. Needs to open. Young and fresh.
Palate: More generous than the nose. Vanilla, toasted cereal/honey nut cornflakes (with full-fatmilk) Long and sweet .
Finish: Slightly honeyed.
Comment: A light and gentle aperitif.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light but fragrant .A fresh herbal whiff. Aniseed,fennel with sweeter notes swirling up. Vanilla waffles,atouch of angelica. Dry hay.
Palate: Quite thick and heavy. With a bitter kick of grapefruit peel,then soothing on the fruit pulp.
Finish: Astringent with a sweet note of cereals behind.
Comment: A refreshing dram but keeps a bitter tastetothe finish.
