Tasting notes
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Strange peachy pink colour isn't encouraging. Syrupy fruit punch, sweet, rich and fresh.
Palate: Sweet and full, with lots of summery fruit notes, with over ripe melon andstrawberries in the mix, some flora, rosewater notes. Late spice.
Finish: Quite long, full and fruity, with a nice spice flourish to sign it off.
Comment: Summer dessert whisky from another little known Highland gem.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Pale piggy pink in hue and a nose that's reminiscent of dilute cranberryand raspberry juice, green grapes, uncooked rhubarb and underneaththe faintest touch of butter.
Palate: Slightly fizzy, fermenting grape juice. Light and quite delicate. Water makesit more floral with some icing sugar.
Finish: Tart red fruits.
Comment: I'm a fan of Glencadam, but not this time.
