Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Chocolate and bourbon biscuits and a hint of resin.Dried black cherry and molasses mixed with Highland toffee. This has greater power than theprevious pair
Palate: Very nutty and again an immediate tightening, has an added meaty undertow. Leathery and bold.
Finish: Dry.
Comment: Better than the previous two with a certain muscular strength.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Discrete then opening on pastry notes. Bakewell tart.Figs. Raspberry jam. Quite enticing. And appetising.
Palate: Sweet and smooth but not for long. A big spicy explosion teases the tongue and leaves a dusty feel.Ginger,pepper. Quite numbing.
Finish: Long,spicy,warm.
Comment: Ah,when sherry gives more than wood, the tastebuds give an applause.
