Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Estery. Orange oil/zest, freesia, stewed rhubarb, cinnamon, dry grasses, raisin bread.
Palate: Delicate and lightly floral, raspberry yoghurt and a crisp nuttiness alongside light vanilla.
Finish: Tea leaves, then mango.
Comment: A charming everyday drinking malt.

Nose: Plasticene, wet grass, spearmint.
Palate: Light, then dry and grassy.
Finish: Bran, malt and a little soapy.
Comment: Very much in its regional style, but lacks finesse or genuine interest.
