Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Very delicate floral, lilies but there is something of a struck match nature as well.
Palate: Cream, vanilla pods.
Finish: A hit of citrus, refreshing, like a lemon and vanilla pudding.
Comment: Another simple pre-dinner dram, not very demanding.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sulphur is apparent from the start with William pear, grass, nuts and a little smoke behind. Not exactly effusive or forthcoming .
Palate: Better on tongue than the nose with light vanilla creaminess. Silky centre. Becomes grassier with water. Decent grip
Finish: Lemon. Quite fragrant.
Comment: The sulphur knocks it back in aroma erms, but the palate is good. A simple aperitif.
