Tasting notes

Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Herbal. Fruity. Lemony. Ground coriander seeds.
Palate: Vegetal. Thick green grass. Burnt grass. Peaty bitterness.
Finish: Quite oaky for a 10 Years Old.
Comment: Fresh, lively, flirtatious but slightly tart and astringent.

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Cereal, sugar puffs, hazelnut. There's cream amongst the wood shavings.
Palate: Soft and rounded with creamy toffee, green plum and nut. Good weight, attractive.
Finish: Smoke. A little dry/planed wood.
Comment: Well-made, clean, light and drinkable.
