Tasting notes
Taster   Lyndsey Gray
Nose: Freshly torched crème brûlées followed by notes of strawberry yoghurt, pecan pralines and rhubarb. An essence of lemon washing-up liquid swipes over everything else and dominates.
Palate: Baked rhubarb, soya milk and New York cheesecake are topped off with roasted hazelnuts, pine wood shavings and aloe vera.
Finish: Super earthy and minty with lemon drops added into the mix. Short and abrupt.
Comment: One big chocolate hazelnut boulder rolling around the bottom of the garden in autumn.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Lemon and lime toasted marshmallows. Fresh pastry cases, baked cheesecake with lemon curd, hot caramel peanuts. Toasted oak. Sherbet lemons and lemon drizzle cake.
Palate: A turn from the nose, a little rubbery, smoked haddock, chewy sweets, blueberry compote. In time blue goat’s cheese and charcoal crackers.
Finish: Quite fast, leaving nothing but the tanginess of blueberries and citrus oil.
Comment: A complete curveball from nose to palate. Certainly different and one to look out for and try.
