Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Another huge complex nose with citrus and sweetness, almost runny honey.
Palate: A little less complex than the nose. Sweet honey and barley sugar notes dominate with a touch of bitterness.
Finish: Quite refreshing and clean.
Comment: The palate lets the nose down a little but the finish more than makes up for it.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense. Jerusalem artichoke. Straw. Lemon balm. Candyfloss. Orange syrup.
Palate: Silky, easy flowing. Sweet but maybe too much. Leaves a note of cardboard and sugar which sits on the tongue.
Finish: Dry, tangy, teasing.
Comment: The nose is enticing, the palate disappointing. Funny enough, the heavy sweetness does not tame the alcohol bite.
