Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Rancid notes at first which give way to elegant oakiness. Passion fruit, honeyed apples.
Palate: Very smooth and syrupy like a liqueur. Wood does its stuff. A pleasant creaminess.
Finish: Dry, oaky with a hint of burnt wood. Almond milk. Quickly dries out with spices.
Comment: The unpleasant rancid aromas on the nose are not perceptible on the palate. Doesn't fulfill the expectations of age.
7.3
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Rich. Sweet orange marmalade. Vanilla pods.
Palate: Firm but silky-smooth. Waxed orange skins. Nutty. Grainy. Suggestion of coffee.
Finish: Peppery. Bison grass. Peaty, smoky. Some bitterness.
Comment: A breakfast whisky?
