Tasting notes
Taster   Annabel Meikle
Nose: Ripe peach, apricot and strawberry with delicate traces of aniseed and exotic wood. Bubblegum and Pink Lady apples.
Palate: A chewy rye emerges but well controlled with cinnamon grated on buttered toast, baked apple with nutmeg and red liquorice laces.
Finish: Dainty, dry and delicious.
Comment: A hot summer afternoon kind of dram.
Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: Airfix kit glue, hidden behind that is cherry Kool-Aid, cranberry juice and a hint of summer-dry woodwork studio.
Palate: The palate imbalanced with Barrs Cherryaid, giving way to sweetness of cream soda and some elements of vanilla.
Finish: Short and sweet.
Comment: For me, this maybe needs a little more thought to develop into a well rounded whisky.
