Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Nutty. Hazelnuts and dry bracken. Biscuity, then pure passion fruit and orange and apple puree. Pops openafter five minutes in the glass and in a rather lovely way. Best left undiluted.
Palate: Calm start. Sweet, with a light pine note. Gentle with a little mango. A smoothie in both senses. Good flow smooth with a spicy lift on the back palate.
Finish: Clean and crisp.
Comment: Would take ice and ginger well. Very good blending.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Sylvestry. Pine needles on a bed of humus. Pears laced with a fudge sauce. White chocolate.
Palate: Sweet and soft. Fudge sauce, cooked pears. Milk chocolate spiced with cinnamon. And a grain flavour inthe background.
Finish: Sherbety. Dry almond and a hint of cinnamon.
Comment: The palate is very sweet and lacks some muscle. But the nose is interesting.
