Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light. Ethereal. Putty. Biscuity. Vanilla wafer. Not very expressive though.
Palate: Smooth. Quite sweet. A cardboard touch. Is quite in harmony with the nose but does not kick the tastebuds.
Finish: Dry, quickly fading.
Comment: Decent but dull. Nothing wrong with it but nothing especially right. Quickly forgotten.
7.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: An odd mix of the fragrant: lemon meringue pie/William pear and the oily: petrol, shoe polish, mashy cereal.
Palate: Smooth, thick, mashy/yeasty but has a freshness.
Finish: Greasy but sweet with a little candy floss.
Comment: It’s of interest and hope it gets going once more, because there’s clearly something going on.
