Tasting notes
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Quite perfumey and light with some floral and apricot notes.
Palate: A nice mix of sweetness and spice, with vanilla to the fore, sugar candy and simmer fruit cordial.
Finish: Quite short but refreshing and pleasant and a gentle pepper finale.
Comment: These four ryes show the diversity of the style. They bring a new dimension to American whiskey.
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Very aromatic and delicate with light fresh cut meadow and floral tones.
Palate: A subtle sweetness and spice vie with vanilla and some stewed fruit notes. There are spices lurking as well.
Finish: Short but there is a spiced kick to it.
Comment: That rye pep is well hidden here but it does make itself known at the end.
