Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Reminds me of the glovebox in my Nan's car, barley sugar sweets, packets of vanilla fudge and a gentle smoke note. Hints of lemon oil and fresh oak.
Palate: That lovely barely sugar sweetie note comes through with a great zip of lemon zest freshness. The smoke is here too, as is a touch of coconut cream. Then spices build with a black pepper edge.
Finish: Generous with all that oak and barley sugar coming together.
Comment: Lovely sweetness and balance between the oak and citrus elements.

Taster   Mark Newton
Nose: Weak lemon, grassy, vanilla notes. Wafts of new make sliding through. Lavender and peaches.
Palate: Lightly oily spirit, with huge amounts of grassiness, vegetal and mineral notes; green tea and floral honey. Parmaviolets. Black pepper, cloves, and grapefruit acidity.
Finish: Short, dry and specks of citrus, vanilla and straw.
