Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: A bit restrained. Fruit and oak are well integrated. Watermelon. White peach. A touch of rose syrup. Opens on sweet syrupy notes. Tangerine juice. Polished floor.
Palate: Light and silky. Fruit basket. Malty sweetness at midpalate then drying out on an oaky touch.
Finish: Dry and nutty.
Comment: A pleasant summery dram. Keeps fruity all the way.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Crisp and floral with cedar and wood ash/dead BBQ. Once again an almost wheat-like dusty sweetness. Slightly unripe (green banana, floral) and immature.
Palate: A very bright start, crisp, clean and gingery/japaleno. Then becomes a little too sweet: flat Irn-Bru and bubblegum.
Finish: Rather short. Dilute.
Comment: All front loaded, but doesn't deliver all the way through.
